Do you honestly trust a restaurant with a menu of over 30 main courses? We don’t either. If you are looking for a 'gym' offering 14 different classes, climbing walls, sunbeds, and childcare, we are not it. Sorry to disappoint.

Why "Pharos"?

Pharos means Lighthouse. A lighthouse is a symbol of guidance, resilience, and clarity. It stands firm through the storm, leading travellers to a safe harbour. That is our role. The fitness world is noisy and confusing. We are here to be the beacon: to guide you with care, consistency, and expertise towards a stronger, healthier life.

    I wasn't a born athlete. In my teens, I struggled with an autoimmune condition that made me feel trapped in my own body. I was sedentary, self-conscious, and overwhelmed by fitness gimmicks. I had to learn the hard way, through mistakes and study, that fitness isn't about how you look; it's about how you feel.

    I blend Psychology and Sports Performance to help you overcome the mental barriers I faced myself. I don't just tell you what to do; I teach you why we are doing it, so you can build autonomy and sustainable habits for life.

    Former Modern Pentathlete (Team Lithuania), MSc in Strength & Conditioning and WAG Nutrition Coach.

    My journey began as an elite athlete. I experienced the highs of performance, but also the lows of poor guidance: injuries, burnout, and the frustration of conflicting advice. Those experiences taught me that more isn't better; better is better.

    I combine my academic background (MSc Sports Science) with the empathy of someone who has been broken by bad training. My coaching isn't just about sets and reps; it's about building the resilience and confidence to know you can handle anything.
