Our Small Group Coaching is built on a weekly schedule that balances strength building, high-intensity effort with mobility and recovery, ensuring you leave feeling energised, not broken down. We protect your joints, build your core, and prepare your body for life outside the gym.
Athletic Capacity (Functional Training)

The core of our program. Safe and fully guided strength and conditioning designed to give you more energy for your daily life. Using a mix of weights and bodyweight movements, we help you build practical strength so you can enjoy your weekend hikes, play your favourite sports, or simply keep up with your kids without feeling exhausted.
Core Integrity (Pilates)

A strong, pain-free body starts with a stable foundation. Our Pilates sessions focus on the deep stabilisers of the spine and hips to drastically improve your posture and protect your lower back. Whether you sit at a desk all day or want to add longevity to your golf swing, this class ensures you move safely and confidently.
Functional Range (Mobility)

Joint health is the key to an active life. We use a systematic approach to mobilize tight tissues, restore healthy mechanics, and help you recover faster. Whether you are battling stiffness from your desk, dealing with nagging aches, or just want to wake up feeling less tense, this class is your guide to taking back control of your body.

We don't believe in rigid contracts that don't serve you. We believe in autonomy.
You can drop in for a single session (€16) to experience the standard, or choose one of our flexible bundles (ranging from €75 – €160) for consistent progress. The best part? One bundle gives you access to our entire ecosystem. You have the freedom to use your credits for Strength, Pilates, or Mobility, depending on what your body needs that day.
