Most gyms offer random classes. We are not “most”.

We offer a Performance System. Our Small Group Coaching is built on a weekly schedule that balances high-intensity effort with structural maintenance. We build the engine, stabilise the structure, and protect the joints.

Athletic Capacity (Functional Training)

  • The core of our program. High-energy strength and conditioning designed to build your work capacity. We use barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements to make you stronger for the sport of life.

Core Integrity (Pilates)

  • You cannot fire a cannon from a canoe. Our Pilates sessions strengthen the deep stabilisers of the spine and hips, ensuring you can transfer power safely.

Functional Range (Yin Yoga + Mobility)

  • Joint resilience is the key to longevity. We use Yin Yoga and end-range conditioning (PAILS/RAILS) to ensure your body is durable enough to handle the training.

Fitness On Your Terms.

We don't believe in rigid contracts that don't serve you. We believe in autonomy. You can drop in for a single session (€16) to experience the standard, or choose one of our flexible bundles (ranging from €75 – €160) for consistent progress. The best part? One bundle gives you access to our entire ecosystem. You have the freedom to use your credits for Strength, Pilates, or Yoga, depending on what your body needs that day.
