Category 3: Alignment & Identity (The "Deep Work")
Why do this? Use this category when you feel "lost," "stuck," "misaligned," "uncertain," or just want to connect your effort to a deeper purpose. The "honest mind" after a hard workout is the perfect time to ask, "Who am I?" and "What do I stand for?" These prompts help you forge a stronger link between your physical actions and your core values, building a resilient sense of self.
How to use it: Your goal is to answer one prompt. That is a complete and successful session. This isn't about finding the perfect answer; it's about listening for the honest one.
This practice is for your eyes only. Your thoughts never go to us. Unless you want to share them.
After reading your prompt, open your own private journal (Notes app, etc.) to write your entry.
