Category 4: Gratitude & Anchoring (The "Good Stuff")

Why do this? Use this category when you feel "good," "proud," "clear," "energised," or "strong." The "honest mind" window isn't just for hard problems; it's also a powerful time to feel positive emotions more deeply. This practice "anchors" the good feelings to the hard work, training your brain to associate effort with reward.

How to use it: Your goal is to answer one prompt. That is a complete and successful session. Don't just think the answer, try to feel it. The goal is to capture that positive energy.

This practice is for your eyes only. Your thoughts never go to us. Unless you want to share them.

After reading your prompt, open your own private journal (Notes app, etc.) to write your entry.
