Semi-personal training at Pharos Fitness offers a personalised approach in a small-group setting, designed for those who want expert guidance, without the full cost of 1-on-1 coaching.

You’ll train alongside a maximum of two other people. Each person follows their own custom-built program, crafted with care to meet your goals, adapt to your needs, and support long-term progress. Your coach is with you throughout—refining technique, tracking progress, adjusting as needed, and ensuring every rep moves you forward.
