Small Group Sessions
Expert-Led. Intentionally Designed. Always Evolving.
Our small group classes aren’t just workouts, they’re carefully programmed sessions that support our five pillars of health and fitness we believe in: training, recovery, mindset, nutrition, and community.
Every class is designed by our expert coaches, tested in-house, and delivered with purpose, never random, never rushed.
Each session is capped for quality and built around progress, not hype.

Functional Training
Strength & Conditioning, Built for Life
These sessions are based on General Physical Preparedness (GPP). That means full-spectrum fitness: strength, endurance, agility, mobility, and resilience, so you’re ready for whatever life throws at you.
We don’t throw random movements on the whiteboard. Every cycle is planned months in advance, following progressive strength phases and conditioning blocks tested by our team. Sessions are 60 minutes long, with a maximum of 8 people per class, so you get the coaching, corrections, and community support you need to keep improving.

Yoga
Recovery. Breath. Stillness in Movement.
This isn’t your typical yoga studio, and we’re not trying to be.
Our approach to yoga is simple, grounded, and practical. These 45-minute sessions are designed to help you recover, unwind, and reconnect through mobility, breathwork, and calming flows. It’s a tool to support your nervous system, enhance recovery between training days, and give you space to breathe, physically and mentally.
Expect a relaxed atmosphere, no fluff, and movements that meet you where you are. Max 10 people per session.
-
Pilates
Control. Strength. Prehab in Practice.
Our mat-based Pilates classes follow the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) method, a research-based approach used worldwide by physiotherapists.
These 45-minute sessions are ideal for anyone needing extra support to build strength around the shoulders, back, hips, and knees, while improving control, posture, and joint mobility. Think of it as slow, intentional strength and conditioning with a focus on prehab and long-term joint health. Max 10 people per class.

Start Where You Are.
We’ll Meet You There.
Book your free Strategy Session to explore the most effective path forward.
Everyone starts somewhere. At Pharos, we begin with a Strategy Meeting, our version of an honest first conversation and a practical assessment.
This is where we sit down together to explore the what, the why, and the how behind your goals. We want to understand your story, your priorities, and what’s been holding you back, so we can move forward with clarity and purpose.
You’ll walk through a focused discussion. It typically lasts around half an hour and is completely free of charge.
From there, we’ll help you build a personalised plan, organise your training schedule, and lay the foundation for sustainable progress, whether through private coaching, group training, nutrition, or a tailored combination.
No pressure. Just an honest starting point and the beginning of real change.
