Fitness Designed for Your Body,
Not a Gym Trend
Fitness Designed for Real Life, Not Gym Trends
We define fitness as the capacity to perform and engage in all of life’s experiences across every domain—whether that means playing a round of golf, travelling with confidence, or maintaining total independence at home.
Your body relies on fundamental movement patterns every day: squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, mobility and balancing. We don't expect you to move like a 20-year-old—we simply meet you where you are and scale those baseline movements to your body today, safely adapting around:
Joint replacements (hips, knees, shoulders)
Arthritis, osteoporosis, or back stiffness
Balance concerns, neuropathies, or past surgeries
High blood pressure, diabetes, or stiffness
With a cap of 8 people per class, you get the watchful eye and individual care of a personal trainer with the fun of a small group.
Results Built for Real Life
Our program targets the exact movements, core stability, and muscle groups needed to preserve independent living:
Floor Recovery: Build the strength and technique to safely get up off the floor independently if you drop something or lose balance.
Chair & Stair Confidence: Stand up out of low furniture smoothly without using your hands or feeling joint pain.
Joint Mobility & Posture: Improve shoulder, hip, and spine mobility while strengthening the glutes and upper back for upright posture.
Vitality & Bone Density: Improve stamina, boost bone health, and maintain healthy blood pressure in a low-impact environment.
Experienced in What Matters Most
When you walk past our studio, you might see people in their 30s working hard—and while we love high-intensity training, helping mature adults reclaim their quality of life is where our true passion lies.
We may be in our 30s, but our coaching experience with older populations runs deep:
Evidence-Based Pain Relief:
Egle was a lead coach for the UK’s renowned ESCAPE-Pain program - an evidence-based system designed specifically by healthcare professionals to help people reduce and manage chronic knee, hip, and back pain.Rebuilding Confidence After Injury:
We take true pride in helping clients recover their independence after an injury. Seeing someone move from fear after a fall back to standing up safely and confidently on their own is why we love what we do.Relationships That Last:
We don't just coach for a season. One of our UK members, now 79 years young, has trained with us for over 8 years—and continues her training online with us to this day.
You aren't just joining a class; you are placing your body in experienced and caring hands.

Communication with your coaches is key; there is no need to push through pain, nor do we expect it. If a movement does not feel right for your body on any given day, our coaches will find a more comfortable and safer alternative that targets the same muscles without irritating your joints. You will never be forced to perform a movement that feels unsafe.
