Category 1: Awareness & Sensation (The Foundation)
Why do this? This category is your starting point. Use it when you feel "flat," "unsure," "numb," or just don't know what you feel. The goal isn't to find a deep answer; it's to practice the fundamental skill of noticing. You are training your mind to connect with your body. Think of it as a simple "mental rep"—the only goal is to observe, without judgment.
How to use it: Your goal is to answer one prompt. That is a complete and successful session. As you get more comfortable, listen to your intuition. If you answer one prompt and another one from the list "calls to you," feel free to answer it. The goal is to follow your honest feeling, not to complete a checklist. One prompt is a win.
This practice is for your eyes only. Your thoughts never go to us. Unless you want to share them.
After reading your prompt, open your own private journal (Notes app, etc.) to write your entry.
